The main objective of this blog is to discuss the different methods of food preservation, we provide protection to the products of mechanical damage, chemical pollution and microbial , oxygen, water vapor and light, in some cases. The type of treatment used for this purpose plays an important role in the life of the product, providing a simple barrier to the influence of factors, both internal and external.
